Q. Do you coach in person or virtually?

A. Mainly virtually, however in-person sessions can be arranged in some circumstances. Please inquire to learn more.

Q. I don’t live in the same state as you/I live in another country, can you still coach me?

A. Yes! Coaches are not hindered by location. I’ve coached people in different states, countries, time zones, etc.

 

Q. How does coaching differ from counseling and mentoring?

A. Counseling typically looks at your past to explore how you got to where you are, whereas coaching is focused on who you are now, and exploring where you want to go, and taking actionable steps to get there. Counselors are trained and licensed to help people who are experiencing persistent personality and/or emotional difficulties, such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, etc. That is not the role of a coach. If during our time together I think you would be better served by, or in conjunction with a counselor, I will absolutely share that.

 

Q. Are our coaching sessions confidential?

A. Yes! What we discuss is completely confidential. The exceptions to the confidentiality rule are if you are considering hurting yourself or others, then I would inform the authorities and your parents/guardians (if applicable) with the intention of keeping you and/or others safe.

 

Q. My parents are paying for my coaching, will you share what we talk about with them?

A. Absolutely not. While they may be investing in your coaching, our conversations are strictly confidential even from your parents. The exceptions to the confidentiality rule are if you are considering hurting yourself or others, then I would inform the authorities and your parents/guardians (if applicable) with the intention of keeping you and/or others safe.

 

Q. What is your cancellation policy?

A. 12 hours advance notice. If notice is not provided, you will be charged for the full amount of your scheduled sessions.

 

Q. What is your method of payment?

A. PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, or CashApp

 

Q. Your website speaks a lot about women, do you coach men as well?

A. My area of focus is specific to women, however I’d be happy to provide referrals to men who are seeking coaching.
